Shipping
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Standard freight. Delivery takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds / Returns
The customer should inspect the goods for any defects or damage at the time of supply of the goods to ensure they are fit for purpose and free from any defects or damage. If the products are damaged on delivery, the customers must refuse receipt of the product. If the customer notices any damage after the product is delivered, the customer must, within 5 working days of receiving the goods, return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the supplier must either replace the product or refund the purchase. In the event of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is no legal obligation for us to refund products simply if you have changed your mind. However, we may accept certain goods back if it is unopened and in it’s original packaging.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranties & Consumer Guarantees
The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) is legislation that exists to protect the interests of sellers and consumers for goods and services sold. Under the CGA, goods must be sold of acceptable quality when received by the consumer and fit for the purpose they have been purchased. They must also match the description given to them, and any demonstration models used to showcase the product. THE CGA does not cover any misuse, neglect, improper operation, or breakage of the products purchased.
All of the products we supply come with manufacturers’ warranties in addition to the protections granted by the CGA. Your tax invoice will serve as proof of purchase for any warranty-related claim.
In the event a product you have purchased does not meet the requirements of the CGA, we will elect to repair, replace or refund the product following inspection to meet our obligations with the legislation. If the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, or the product is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the CGA. The details in this policy do not limit the rights afforded to you by the CGA.
